The "Passion Stretch", "Sexy Cool Down" and "Passion Rub" allow your heart rate to slow down as you gaze into each others' eyes and enjoy an intimate moment.

The ABC's series focuses on strengthening relationships as well as bodies in a fun, safe, sexy, supportive atmosphere. Charles Nathan, the founder of ABC's of Fitness Inc., is a former track and field athlete. He designed the ABC's of Couple's FitnessT series with the help of Tegan Mathews who owned and operated a gym and personal training business in Sydney, Australia for 5 years. She now resides in San Diego, California.
