Charles Nathan, the founder of ABC's of Fitness Inc., is a former track
and field athlete. He designed the ABC's of Couple's FitnessT series with the
help of Tegan Mathews who owned and operated a gym and personal training business
in Sydney, Australia for 5 years. She now resides in San Diego, California.
