Kari Anderson: With a BS in Exercise Science, a BA in Speech Communication
and 16 years of Ballet and Dance Training, Internationally renowned Fitness
Instructor and mother of three, Kari Anderson is today the creator of over 18
award winning videos and the owner/director of five Pro-Robics Conditioning
Clubs. Her perspective and talent for fitness training and choreography development
are unparalleled in the fitness industry.
In addition to teaching capacity classes for over 16 years, she presents workouts
and instructor training workshops internationally. Kari has an extensive background
in dance, athletics, and weight training including being a National Gold Medalist
in Synchronized Swimming and a scholarship student with the Joffrey Ballet.
Certified by both ACE and AFAA, she has been named Best Aerobics Instructor
in the Northwest and received the 1994 IDEA Fitness Instructor of the Year award.
