Two
separate routines (one on the floor & one standing) work to tone various
parts of the body by combining ballet, body sculpting, Yoga, Pilates, and more.
1. After a flowing, rhythmic warm-up, you'll move into the dance-inspired toning.
The entire sequence almost seems choreographed - a squat becomes a relevé then
a plié becomes an extended-leg plié.
2. The floor section is a blend of Yoga, Pilates and traditional toning - a
downward dog transitions into a plank, that plank turns into a side plank and
then evolves into a push-up.
Throughout the DVD, Kari's perfect technique improves both motivation and
effectiveness (she won't let you cheat).
