A
Fun Dance and Exercise Party for Kids: In this anytime-get-up-and-dance
program, it's easy to follow along - as color coded stars help to lead the way.
The Shake workout will build confidence, coordination and style - and kids will
burn the extra energy they didn't even know they had!
Kari uses moves that are fluid, kid-friendly and easy to follow. She teaches
8 complete combos, each one a mix of high-energy upper and lower-body movements.
The exercises range from stomps and kicks to pivot turns and twists (all with
cute names like "macaroni" and "stir it up"). The workout ends with a faster-paced
"challenge song" - featuring all eight combos in a non-stop dance sequence.
With a funky beat and simple moves, raising the speed meter will keep kids
entertained as they shake their body - and the floor!
