Drawing upon his 15-years as a fitness veteran promoting health & wellness
on national television, Cole was motivated to create this program based upon
the barrage of reports citing the exponential increase in diabetes, depression
and obesity among America's youth.
"The
Goal of Get Fit America for Kids is to bring fitness, wellness, and a sense
of confidence to America's youth in a way that has never been done before, at
a time when it is most needed," states Cole. "Not only can kids get in great
physical shape, but they can begin to grasp the idea that a lifetime of healthy
choices is possible." The child-friendly program also incorporates a kids forum
and a parents focus group.
