Taught
by Vanessa Isaac, Samba Party Workout 2: Brazilian Carnaval Grooves, is
the second DVD in the Samba Party series. In this easy-to-follow, all-samba
revitalizing workout, you'll get the excitement of a real Latin Party set in
an outdoor plaza - complete with motivating live drummers. It's like Carnaval
in Rio de Janeiro!
Samba Your Way to a Healthier Happier You!
With these exotic Brazilian rhythms, this exciting fitness routine will lift
your spirits and burn major calories. Dance from
beginning to end and allow the pulsation of the amazing live drums to carry
you through a fun and inspiring dance routine.
Brazilian dance star Vanessa Isaac makes it very do-able. She uses just 6
Samba Moves and teaches them in an understandable way (a "samba grapevine" is
like a standard grapevine with a back step, a little hop and pivot).
Once you've mastered the movements, you'll just naturally add
your own style (an upper body shake, a hip roll, maybe a few shimmies).
The DVD ends with a 10 minute instructional segment showing the six dance steps
used in the workout. Whether you crave an alternate fitness regimen or have
progressed from Samba 1, this invigorating cardio-workout is hot-hot-hot!
DVD Bonus Features: About Samba, a mini-documentary
that recalls the history and longevity of Samba, Learning
the Moves, simplified instructions to help viewers master the workout
and Interviews with the dance cast. Meet the dancers
and find out why they choose Samba as their favorite workout!
