A Fitness Expert for over 15 years, Tracey is also a Master Pilates Instructor for Rael Isacowitz (Body Arts and Science) and has been certified through his program at the Pilates Physical Mind Institute in Santa Fe. She is a member of the Pilates Method Alliance.
