Shipping:
All orders are fulfilled and drop-shipped by our manufacturing partner i-O Display Systems, LLC. i-O Display Systems ships within the US and to most international destinations. Products ship Monday through Friday only. Orders placed after 2:00 pm PST will be processed the following business day.

Product Returns:
We recommend UPS, Fed Ex or US Airmail for the return of your product. The customer is responsible for ALL freight, customs fee, duties and taxes associated with a return or repair. i-O Display Systems will refuse any package which is received with any of these fees unpaid.
